MYMY are offering a 3-week pain management programme beginning Thursday 24th April from 11am-12noon.
Mindfulness for pain and illness programme- Healing and wholeness would involve:
Befriending your body, instead of resisting
Listening to your body talk
Mindfully taking care of your health
How to live more in the moment
Practicing self-compassion rather than self-criticism
The course includes meditations, movement snacks, tools to use each day to make life more enjoyable, reflections and practice.
