MYMY is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) which upholds high standards of ethical practice within the counselling profession.
In 2024, MYMY successfully applied to become a BACP accredited service. This was a rigorous assessment process which recognised that MYMY had achieved a high standard of knowledge, experience and development in counselling.
Our BACP accreditation provides MYMY with a recognised quality standard for our counselling services and demonstrates that we offer an accountable, ethical, professional and responsive service to clients.
Our BACP accreditation reassures our clients that our service is safe, secure and professionally managed. It helps clients make an informed decision when choosing a counselling service.
MYMY is one of 12 services in NI to achieve this accreditation status.
