Through our confidential one-to-one counselling service we help to support individuals through issues which have come to affect their everyday life.
People come to us for help with many issues including bereavement, self-harm, relationship problems, bullying, mental or physical health issues, depression, suicidal feelings, and financial difficulties.
At MYMY we offer a safe and friendly space for individuals to work through their problems, enabling them to move forward in life with a greater sense of confidence.
